Solemar Andrade

CEO of Plusoft

Solemar Andrade has been CEO and Partner of Plusoft since 2016, with executive experience in technology and BPO and previous role as CEO in contact center and IT services groups. He also serves on boards, including a position as a director in a company S.A. listed on the CVM. He has a degree in Management and Law, with postgraduate degrees from FGV and executive specialization (IESE).

Bruno Alves

VP of Clients & Social

Bruno Alves is a technology executive with nearly 30 years of experience, serving at Plusoft as vice president since 2020 and leading initiatives that connect customer strategy, data, AI, and customer experience. He has a history of executive management at iCustomer (Plusoft) and focuses on the evolution of intelligent CRM, marketing automation, and data-driven digital journeys.

Marcelo Braga

VP of Operations

Marcelo Braga is VP of Operations at Plusoft, with a career built within the company over several years, from technical and leadership roles to operational management. It works with a focus on efficiency, delivery quality, and operation evolution to serve customers at scale. He is also a co-founder of InPaaS and has an Executive MBA (Ibmec).

Henrique Pinheiro

CPTO — Chief Product and Technology Officer

Henrique Pinheiro leads technology and product at Plusoft, with responsibility for R&D, product development, SaaS infrastructure, pre-sales, helpdesk, and information security. He has been with the company since 2000, with deliveries related to multicloud, infrastructure efficiency, ISO 27001 certification and compliance with the LGPD. He is co-founder of InPaaS and has an MBA in Strategic IT Management (FGV).

Fernando Alonso Macedo

CFO — Chief Financial Officer

Fernando Alonso joined Pluris at the age of 18 on the help desk and migrated to the financial area, going through different functions until he became controller at 23. She leads the Finance Department with an emphasis on data analysis and scenario testing to support business decisions, in addition to controlling, cost management, and budget planning.

Eduardo Marin

Director of CX Solutions and Consulting

Eduardo Marin has been Director of CX Solutions and Consulting at Plusoft since August 2023, leading a team dedicated to the design and delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs and the organization's strategic objectives. She works on digital transformation initiatives focusing on CRM and Martech, including developing strategic plans, managing project budgets, and overseeing the creation of solutions in compliance with internal regulations and standards.

Ana Carolina Gonçalves Leandro

Head of Account Management

Ana Leandro is Head of Account Management at Plusoft, focusing on data-oriented marketing, CRM management and digital projects. With 20 years of experience in branding and customer relations and training in Advertising and Advertising and DBM in Database Marketing from ESPM, Ana conducts consultative work, planning and execution of CRM (on/off), digital, social and media fronts, with the monitoring of KPIs and administrative account management.
