With that in mind, we established our office in a building that has the LEED Gold Certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), an international seal awarded by the USGBC (United States Green Building Council) for sustainable projects.
We use the Software as a Service (SaaS) model to provide our services through cloud computing, contributing to the reduction of the carbon footprint, as it considerably reduces the expenses involved in the installation, maintenance and updating of hardware or software.

And to promote it every day, we created the Diversity and Inclusion Committee (DII), in order to diversify our workforce and create affirmative policies that go beyond corporate boundaries.

Transparency, Integrity, and Ethics are the three pillars that underpin Plusoft's Governance Framework. And to ensure that they are never shaken, we created our Ethics Channel.
Plusoft provides a channel for recording concerns and complaints regarding situations involving evidence or involving fraud, practices, and conduct that deviate from its Code of Ethics and Conduct or any document established in its Ethics Channel Policy.
The whistleblower may or may not identify himself, and all information will be treated ethically and confidentially by those responsible, with respect for its security and integrity.
Any retaliatory conduct against cases reported in good faith will not be tolerated and will be subject to sanctions under the Ethics Channel Policy. We ask that you write your report in detail so that our investigation can be carried out correctly.
